It doesn't seem that my local windows BERN2 is starting correctly, this is what pops up after kicking off run_bern2_windows.sh:

Starting tmVar 2.0 Service at 10.244.101.19:18896
Reading POS tagger model from lib/taggers/english-left3words-distsim.tagger ... done [2.4 sec].
Loading tmVar : Processing Time:2.66sec
Ready

Seems like I should be seeing more activity. The log files are generated but they are all empty, so nothing to review there. I get 403 errors when trying to connect to localhost:8888/plain. Any ideas how to correct this?
