What happened?
Ventoy is displayed through the primary video output and there seems to be no option to configure it in another way. It can be a problem in some situations (embedded screens, broken laptops, etc.), and multiple ISOs involved. From quick testing also plugging in or replugging a secondary screen doesn't change anything, secondary screen(s) remain blank.
A simple solution would be an additional configuration option for outputting the image to all available video outputs. In case of different resolutions, one common to all outputs could be chosen, or some software scaling applied. And as a fallback option, it is still better to display cropped/deformed image on secondary screen(s), than nothing.
