Description

When I load the TM VS extension, I click on a task that's in-progress from the Kanban board view, then scroll down to the 'Sub-issues' section, clicks on the little '+' sign, the 'Add New Subtask' section shows up, I enter a Title, then a Description, then click on 'Add Subtask' button.

Nothing happens.

When I check into the TM Output:

Note that if I run the same via CLI, like:

task-master add-subtask -p 4 -d "This is a test (IGNORE)" -t "Test (IGNORE)"

The subtask is added, no problem

Expected Behavior

The sub-task should be added to the parent task.

Actual Behavior

Nothing happens, an error is returned in TM Output

Task Master version: 0.24.0
Node.js version: 22.17.1
Operating system: W10
IDE (if applicable): Cursor+Cline
