Feedback Summary

New users who are trying to adopt Claude Task Master in a monorepo may be unsure of how to do so successfully, since CTM's documentation seems to be oriented towards fine-grained codebases.

User Context

I have a monorepo that I use to maintain several apps and libraries that support those apps, as well as the build system and build tooling to support those apps. When I think about the PRD and tasks, I would most likely want to define those for individual apps and subcomponents of the Monorepo, however this doesn't seem to be a valid mode of operation for CTM.

User Impact

Users who don't understand or have an intuition of how to configure CTM in a monorepo will need to experiment with their own ways of doing things, and may go down some dead ends.

Suggestions

It would be helpful to have a section describing how others have configured CTM for monorepos, or if CTM is unsuitable for this kind of development to have documentation to that effect.
