Motivation

If an LLM does anything with the Task List, there is no guarantee that task order based on dependencies is preserved. Not only does the LLM cause this problem, it is incapable of fixing it. Any attempt falls apart. There needs to be a tool command that will reorder tasks appropriately so that independent tasks are being worked on first and dependent tasks later. Even if the LLM manages to handle this by examining dependencies when it finally goes to execute a task, the task list will appear out of order when examined by a user.

Proposed Solution

Implement a "reorder_tasks_by_dependencies" tool method. It might even be good if this is automatically called at certain times to maintain a consistent task list.
It should go through the list and make sure that any dependent tasks are moved to be after the independent tasks.
