Quite often when engaging with the LLM in roo code for task-master tasks, for example:

whats the next task I should work on?

I get:

API request...

rate limit exceeded

retry attempt <n>
retrying in <n> seconds

Which service/provider is this rate limit associated with? The task-master MCP server? The base LM or reasoning LM? The deep research service?

Motivation

Improves the user experience and gives clear information on which service is behind the rate limit threshold exceeded, so it can be more easily identified and resolved the the user.
