Description
Encountering an error when attempting to reference or access a subtask within a parent task. Specifically, the system reports that the subtask cannot be found, even though it should exist based on prior creation steps.

Steps to Reproduce
Create a parent task (e.g., Task 1) via the UI or API.

Add multiple subtasks under the parent (e.g., Subtasks 1 through 6).

Attempt to access or update Subtask 6 within the context of Parent Task 1.

Observe the error thrown.

Example API call:

Expected Behavior
Subtask 6 should be retrievable and manipulable as a child of Parent Task 1 without errors.

Actual Behavior
The system throws the following error:

Even though the subtask was previously created under that parent.

Additional Context
This seems to occur intermittently; some subtasks are found, others are not.

May be related to race conditions in task creation or incorrect parent-child linkage in the database.

Using PostgreSQL as the backend.
