Description

The MCP is unable to get the correct next task when calling next_task. It typically gets the task that was just completed. happens on every use of next_task

Steps to Reproduce

After completing a task, ask the MCP to get the next task and notice that it gets the task you just completed

Expected Behavior

I expect it to get the task which is next in the task list, or whichever task is recommended next

Actual Behavior

It often gets the task that was just completed

Task Master version: 0.12.1
Node.js version: v22.14.0
Operating system: mac sequoia 15.4 Beta
