I think it'd be convenient to have a -g or --global flag for the room notify set command. This way, the user can set notifs globally for multiple channels. As it stands, it seems the default is to receive all notifs from every channel that's open.

Additionally adding a config option like this would be convenient to set before launching the app:

[settings.notifications]
default = ["keywords","mentions"]
