This PR does two related things:

Exports init([id]) and setOptions({...})
It makes the options such as the thankyou_message and email validation configurable

Rationale: I didn't want to have to edit the script to make minor customizations to use it. These changes make it easier to use this package as a normal js module. See #18

Example usage:

gform = require("./form-submission-handler.js");  
gform.setOptions({
   "successUrl": "/contact/submit/"
});
gform.init("my-form");
