Hey there!

Sidenote: I love this script. Running this on my uncle's site as a means to send newsletter sign-ups into a Google Sheet.

I've done a little research into this myself and I can't seem to find anything, however, I can't help but feel a little uneasy with storing PII in Google Sheets. I work with Google Analytics at my day job and know for a fact that you're unable to store PII in the account since Google will eventually find it and delete the profile. Horror!

I was wondering if you've conducted any research around this being an issue?
