I have closed the Github Projects folder and moved all future development planning to Trello. There are current 2 boards

Chatilly - The ongoing development of Program-y, including its rename to Chatilly. This board can be found at https://trello.com/b/ksToL3tX/chatilly
Brain v3.0 - This is a new project to pull together all the learnings around AIML development. Alice and Rosie I see as v1.0, Y-Bot was my first bot and I see that as V2.0, V3.0 will be huge and integrate with a huge number of external data/knowledge sources sUch as WolframAlpha, ConceptNet, DBPedia, removing the need to hard code lots of AIML questions and instead focus on identifying intent from a question and using external knowledge to answer it.
