Hi there,
Chars like 'á' 'ã' 'ç' etc are missing when fields are recorded into spreadsheet.
Example: the user sent a message with "Olá meu nome é João".
All the fields are correctly recorded into spreadsheet, but with no those kind of chars. The exemple above arrives as "Ol meu nome joo"
Tks a lot.
