As requested by several folks (#66, #178 , #147 , #90 ), let's generalize element selectors (e.g. gform, thank-you) so that the code can easily extend to multiple forms. We should have the selector names stored in a single place or a series of objects for easy editing, and the functions should use them as input to become "pure".

This will also improve the readability and customizability of the script. We could even improve some of the errors, such as if no thank-you div is present (right now, it just errors out and fails).
